Upbringing of harmoniously developed generation is one of the priorities of the state policy of Uzbekistan. Specialized school no.17 in Kattakurgan serves for this noble goal.

All the necessary conditions not only for in-depth education of students, but also for going into sports have been created at the school.

217 boys and girls master the secrets of rhythmic gymnastics, boxing, volleyball, chess, checkers, table tennis and weightlifting at the sports complex built at the school by the Children’s Sports Foundation.

In order to develop gymnastics in 2010, serving at the complex rhythmic gymnastics section has been expanded and reorganized into the city center of rhythmic gymnastics.

Now, more than 40 girls are engaged in it.
